Searles Cottage

Searles Cottage offers magnificent views of the valley and the dam in front of it and is within easy walking distance of the other dams on the farm.
The cottage features tiled floors throughout and a fully fitted kitchen.
Accommodation is provided in three bedrooms, one en-suite with a king-size bed, the other two with twin beds. There are also two bathrooms and an open-plan lounge/dining room. The focal point is the beautiful stone fireplace.
Searles also has a fenced-in garden area and pets are welcome.
The first load of wood is supplied. However extra wood is charged at R100 per wheelbarrow payable at the main farm house. If you require more wood, please advise the cleaning ladyDams are stocked regularly. Although we work on a “catch and release” policy, we do understand the inevitable can happen. Fish caught and taken is charged at R100 per fish payable at the main farm house. We trust our guests to be honest.Please advise if you would like a guided walk through the fauna and flora of the farm should the farm owner be available. We now have a 12Km mountain bike track so feel free to bring your own bicycle.
