Self-catering
Outcrop Country House accommodates 6 guests, with the option of two rolled up mattresses, that can used by teenagers.
The open plan Living area includes a fully equipped modern kitchen, with a central working station that includes a gas hob and electric oven, a microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and all necessary cooking and dining cutlery, crockery and appliances. (The refrigerator is suitable for a two-night stay)
There is a fireplace and underfloor heating. The underfloor heating is controlled from the cloud based on the weather. The underfloor thermostats in the house cannot be adjusted they are locked.
For hot summer days or to boost heating in winter there is an air conditioner in the living area.
A Weber is supplied for barbecuing – barbecuing is only allowed in the back courtyard that leads off from the Bootroom, for fire hazard/ safety reasons. Please bring charcoal and firelighters if you intend to braai.
The Dining area seats up to 8 guests, the open plan living area has a fireplace, two spacious couches, two armchairs and a flat screen Television
You need to sign into your own streaming service such as Netflix on the TV.
(WIFI is not available for your own devices but there is connectivity via Vodacom and MTN, be aware that there are few towers in area and connectivity while mostly reasonable can be poor at times)
The house has 3 Bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms en – suit, and all bedlinen and bath towels are provided in each bedroom.
The main bedroom on the far East Wing has a walk-in cupboard, and open plan bathroom with bath and shower and the bedroom has an Extra Length King Size bed.
The first guest bedroom, on the West Wing, has its own shower and toilet en -suite, and has two Extra Length Single beds.
The main bedroom, and both guest bedrooms, have wide open sliding doors, so all guests have optimum views and direct access to the outdoors!
