FISHING:
We have three dams to fish on the estate. Two of them are on the course and one of them are down at the picnic area.
The dams on the course you can only fish early mornings before the golfers are on the field and late afternoon when the golfers are already off the course. The large dam at the picnic area is open for fishing any time of the day.
We only stock Rainbow Trout and mostly between 1-2 kg. It is all wild trout, which means that they are not fed by us in any way and only prey on insects and other small species of fish. We normally stock about 80-100 fish at a time depending on the size.
Please take note that it is Catch and Release and Fly Fishing only. If the fish is caught and injured, it may be kept and paid for at the Pro Shop. All fisherman to check in at the Pro Shop before fishing to purchase their permit and receive all the dam rules.
