Large suburban house set in neat garden within a forest plantation in the surrounds of Dullstroom. Owned by a farming family, the house has been renovated to accommodate large groups, with plenty of entertainment areas and 7 bedrooms of which 5 are en suite.

Most rooms North facing and are warm - those that are colder do have extra heating.

Entertainment:
Large lounge with open fireplace and DSTV - Limited channels available.
Firewood supplied. Bring own charcoal or wood for the braai. 14-seater dining area leading onto indoor braai area.
Well equipped kitchen (with electricity) with fridge/freezer/microwave. Coffee machine & plungers.
An additional entertainment room can be used for conference facilities or to host a dinner or dancing party. Cell phone reception is good.

The Lodge is serviced daily from 8am-5pm included in the rate.
3 well stocked dams close to house.
The gravel road is a bit tricky for low rise vehicles.
1x Hairdryer in the house. 1x Hairdryer in the loft.
Several heaters in the house.
Only the main bedroom has an electric blanket. The other bedrooms have 2 warm water bottles each.
Catch & Release ONLY by prior arrangement with the owner.
