The house was designed to ensure maximum exposure to the 100-year-old Oak Trees that gives the estate its name, large sash windows offer views of these beautiful trees enhancing the seasonal changes of Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter. 

Accommodation Details:

BEDROOMS: 
2x 3/4 beds in the downstairs bedroom.

2x Double bed in the upstairs bedroom on the right.

1x Queen size bed in the upstairs bedroom on the left.

NO under floor heating.

3x Bathrooms. 1x has a bath and shower. 1x Shower only. 1x Bath only.

Entertainment area:

An entertainer’s dream - open plan lounge/dining area with 8-seater dining table and open double-sided fireplace. The dining area opens out onto a large patio with built in undercover braai area and separate gas braai. The lounge is cosy but spacious with full DSTV service and two TV’s. 

Guest toilet downstairs.

Kitchen:

Open plan dining area also houses a large gas stove and oven and plenty of counter space for preparing meals while chatting to friends in front of the large jet-master fireplace. There is also a separate scullery. The washing machine and tumble dryer are to be used only by the cleaning lady. NOT for guests use. A double door fridge / freezer.

This venue is not serviced. Servicing on request and in advance.

Fishing: Fishing permits are available at the house. Please ensure that you carry these with you when fishing. Please also ensure that you leave the permits at the house. You will be held responsible for any permits removed from the house.

The access gate to the dam and game reserve at Oaklane Estate will open at 05:00 and close at 19:00 daily.
