Self-catering

Self-catering accommodation. A luxury 6-sleeper home situated on the banks of the Dullstroom dam in the prestigious Oaklane Estate.

Bedrooms:

King-size bedroom with bathroom en suite (shower and bath), fireplace and opens onto patio with views of dam (sleeps 2),
King-size bedroom with bathroom en suite (shower and bath), opens onto patio with views of dam (sleeps 2),
Third Bedroom with two separate beds (sleeps 2). NB: The single beds CAN NOT be made into a double bed.
Guest toilet and shower.

Living Area:

Open plan dining area and lounge with Jetmaster fireplace. It has a music centre as well as full bouquet DSTV.
The lounge opens onto a wooden deck area with a built -in braai and overlooking the dam and Suikerboschkop.
Free entry to the nature reserve is 40 meters away from the doorstep.
The living area is spacious and ideal for entertaining.
A collection of books is available for reading at your leisure.

Kitchen:

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove and oven, microwave, kettle and coffee plunger. Separate scullery.

Other features:

Single lock-up garage available.
Bella Vista has an inverter.

PLEASE NOTE:

Guests causing loss or damage to any fixed or movable property of Bella Vista shall be liable to reimburse Bella Vista for any loss suffered by Bella Vista in replacing or repairing such loss or damage.

Scanned credit card info must be provided to Dullstroom Reservations. This will be destroyed immediately after Pinky confirms that all is in order after checking out. Guests checking out on a Sunday - this will happen on a Monday.

The total of damages, as assessed by the venue owner, will be deducted from credit card info provided. Any damages / breakages will be reported immediately by Pinky, the morning / day after check out.

Bella Vista accepts no responsibility whatsoever for loss of, or damage to residents' private property during their stay.

Guests must consent to the above. Failure to do so, will result in the booking being cancelled.
